High Pressure Hoses

Specialloy offers high pressure hoses. These thermoplastic hoses are manufactured with ID’s ranging from 3-25 mm and working pressures up to 58,000 psi (4,000 bar), perfect for a wide range of applications such as waterblasting, hydraulics, oil & gas, as well as the automotive industry. Along with providing excellent high pressure performance, these hoses also feature very small volmetric expansion, high resistance to to external pressure, and a lightweight construction. They set the standard for durability, quality, and reliability.

Construction: 2,4,6, or 8 spiral layers of high tensile steel. Inner core made up of either polyamide (PA), polyoxymethylene (POM), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). Outer cover made up of polyamide (PA), polyurethane (PUR) or polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF).

Temperature Ranges: -30°C to +60°C, from -20°C to +80°C, -20°C to +150°C, -70°C to +200°C

Other Advantages:

Excellent chemical resistance to chemicals, detergents, solvents, and sea water.

Kink resistant

Outer Cover is resistant to hydrolysis, microbes, and abrasion

High Pressure Hose Fittings

Specialloy can provide hose fittings for working pressures up to 40,000 psi. Stainless steel is standard, other special materials available upon request.

Sizes range from 1/8” to 1-1/2”.

Isobaric design allows the whole hose fitting range to be rated with a working pressure of 40,000 psi

Fittings are properly packaged with exposed threads protected to ensure they are not damaged during delivery.

Full form threads manufactured to ensure leak-free & reliable systems.

Available connections – Type ‘M’, BSPPHose, JIC, NPT

Combination possibilities: male x male, female x male, female x female

Block & Bleed Valves

Consolidates individual valves into a single unified block to allow for the flexibility of performing various tasks with out the need to remove the differential pressure transmitter.

2, 3, and 5 valve manifold available

All 3 valve manifolds come with ISOLATEand EQUALIZE All 5 valve manifold come with two additional BLEED/DRAIN valves along with its respective ports.

Bar stock style body construction suitable for enclosure installation.

All manifold valves are etched with the flow diagram to show the valve capability.

Standard material is SS316. Other materials are available upon request.

Needle Valves

Specialloy can provide needle valves with working pressure ranges of 10,000, 15,000, 20,000, 30,000, and 60,000 psi.

Non-rotating stem creates a robust and reliable assembly.

Metal-to-metal seating achieves bubble-tight shut off

Adjustable Teflon packing below thread provides thread security and reduced handle torque

Bi-directional flow capability.

Packing gland/body thread interface consists of a preload locking internal thread form that is resistant to vibration. Eliminates the need for an external locking device

Double sided weep holes for easier leakage verification.

Field serviceable design with stem repair kits available.

5 to 7 turns to achieve full CV flow
